Your Mind is a Muscle

As faith focused women entrepreneurs, it's sometimes difficult to have a confident mindset. Keeping our thoughts pure, intent positive, and living our purpose as God intended.

God wants you to live a BIG life!

You must take action to find resources that help you move forward.

You Must be AUTHENTIC
You must be YOURSELF

When you are creating a confident mindset, you mustn't spend too much time trying to be like other people. It takes you off course. It takes away from what God has mapped out for you.

Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need. Hebrews 4:16

I know you want to be all in with your purpose and all in with your calling, but you must be conscious of your thoughts. Focus on your thoughts. Be introspective on how you show up. You can't show up one way (picture of confidence or looks like you have it figured out) and think another (self doubt, bitterness, or resentment).  You need to be the woman you want to be. Your thoughts always show though your communication (social media for example).

Focusing on the success of others breeds insecurity and creating a confident mindset breeds empowerment.

How can you breed empowerment into your life?

I want to share with you 5 steps that I encourage my clients to take so they can live a fuller life.

  1. Own your gifts, strengths, and talents. Write them down. Interview others so you know what others see in you. You might not see what they do.

  2. Work out your mind muscle. Work your mind and confidence everyday. Pray, say affirmations, or meditate. Make sure your exercising your positive mind to be successful.

  3. Put plans in place to keep you propelling forward. Be clear on what you want to accomplish for the day, week, month, quarter and year. Your daily plans move you in the direction you want to be in. Having clear plans help overcome the emotion, anxiety, and fear you face everyday.

  4. Find solutions to problems you may be facing. Recognize your issues and obstacles is a step in the right direction. There are resources and tools you can use to help. Contact Godly advisers, training, and tools are there to help solve problems. Taking action to find solutions is imperative.

  5. Show gratitude. Praise God for the gifts and talents you have. Praise God for the thoughts and feelings you have about yourself. Praise God for the vision and plans laid out before you.

Comment below and tell me how you will take one action step today that will help you find answers that will help take you one step forward.

Much love and Many blessings,
